Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We don’t ship outside the US from this site: Jellystone Designs carries our range in Australia and New Zealand, and Nunu Toys carries it in Canada. See International shipping.

Free shipping over $75

Orders over $75 ship free to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Orders of $75 or less, and orders to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, pay the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery within the contiguous US usually takes 5 to 7 business days after that. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Damaged, lost or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If it arrives damaged, goes missing or isn’t what you ordered, email contact@thecalmcaterpillar.com within 5 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, for a missing parcel) with your order number and a photo where you can. We’ll put it right with a replacement or a refund. For a kit, we can usually replace the single affected piece.

Returns

All sales are final, except for manufacturing defects. See our Refund policy for how to report one.
