The binding terms

The terms that apply to your order are the store policies, not this page. Read the Shipping Policy, the Refund Policy and the Terms of service. Where anything on this page differs from those documents, those documents govern.

Free shipping

Orders over $75 ship free within the United States. The threshold is applied at checkout on the order subtotal.

Delivery estimates

Product pages show an estimate based on 5 to 7 delivery days. That is an estimate, not a guarantee, and it does not include the time an order spends being packed. The Shipping Policy is the authority on processing times and delivery windows.

Returns

Return eligibility, the return window and who pays return postage are all set out in the Refund Policy. Start a return by emailing orders@thecalmcaterpillar.com with your order number.

Damaged or missing items

Email orders@thecalmcaterpillar.com with your order number and a photograph. For a kit, tell us which component is affected - we can usually replace the single piece rather than the whole box.
