How it Works

Step 3: Turn it over to the candle side. Have your child exhale, as if blowing out a candle, helping them release stress and tension.
Step 4: After blowing out the candle, they can push the flame into the tube, which pops out the flower. Repeat these steps a few times to complete the breathing exercise!
