The Calm Caterpillar tool empower children to regulate their emotions and live empowered lives. The Calm Caterpillar offers a set of products and techniques that have been proven to create calmer home and school environments. We employ mindfulness in our own unique way, combining the practice of creating a calm space in your house for your children with breathing techniques that teachers and parents model. The result is a blend of peaceful, calming techniques that we personalize with your family’s best interest in mind. Since 2017, our curriculum has spread from one school to 45 schools. Over 10,000 students have used the program and currently 2,000+ students receive the program every week. Students as young at two years old have successfully used the curriculum as well as seniors in high school who are 17 and 18.
